Instructions for Using the Timesheet Calculator

Choose the Start Day of the Week:

Use the dropdown labeled "Start day of the week" to set which day your week starts on (either Sunday or Monday).

Select Time Format:

Choose your preferred time format from the "Display Time Format" dropdown. You can select between a 24-hour format or AM/PM.

Optional: Set Break Deduction per Hour:

If your job deducts a specific amount of break time each hour, enter that number in the "Break Deduction per Hour (mins)" field.

Enter Your Work Hours for Each Day:

For each day of the week, enter:

Start Time: The time you began work.

End Time: The time you finished work.

Break (mins): Any break time you took, in minutes.

Overnight: Check this box if your shift continued past midnight.

Calculate Total Hours:

Click the "Calculate" button to see the total hours worked each day, the total hours for the week, and any overtime.

Reset Timesheet:

If you need to clear all fields, click the "Reset" button to start fresh.

Export to CSV:

To download your timesheet as a CSV file for record-keeping, click the "Export to CSV" button.
